Music at Western Carolina University
 

Mr. Bradley Martin began working at Western Carolina University in fall 2002. He serves as coach accompanist/music director for the musical theater program.

He earned his Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from the University of Western Australia. He completed a Master of Music in Accompanying and Chamber Music from the University of Michigan and spent four years doing post-graduate work at the Moscow Conservatory of Music. He is currently completing a Doctorate in Piano Performance at the University of Colorado in Boulder.

Bradley has been on the faculty of several colleges and universities including Oklahoma City University, Anglo-American School of Moscow, and the Western Australian Conservatory of Music. He has been a repetiteur, coach, and conductor for University of Colorado, Oklahoma Ballet Company, University of Michigan, Sydney Conservatory of Music, Australian Opera and Ballet, Sydney Dance Company, and Western Australia Academy of Performing Arts.

As a solo pianist, chamber musician and accompanist he has appeared in recitals in the United States, Russia, Europe, Australia, and Asia. Highlights of his performing career include performances with the Pacific Music Festival in Japan, Western Australian Symphony Orchestra, Australian Opera and Ballet Orchestra, at the Kusciuzko Foundation in New York, Bolshoi Theater in Russia and an Australian Tour in 1993. Bradley has made recordings for television and radio, having appeared on the Australian Broadcasting Corporation and 2MBS FM, Sydney Australia.
